What does the role of a PV and BESS Project Manager at Suerickx Energies entail?

  • You will report to the Operations Manager.
  • You are responsible for project management from A to Z (budget, planning, scope, quality, subcontractors, safety, customer interfacing, etc.).
  • You will help manage the administrative processes with the various stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for good communication with all stakeholders/parties involved and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Sales support: you support the (pre)sales team with the technical elements of the quotation, including budgeting.
  • You will analyse technical problems and look for solutions.
  • After delivery of the project, you evaluate the project with all parties involved.

What does our ideal candidate for Project Manager PV and BESS look like?

  • You have an engineering degree or have gained equivalent experience over the years.
  • You have several years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in large projects.
  • You have multiple successful experiences in the Renewable Energy and Solar PV industries.
  • You are a born people manager and can communicate easily and smoothly with different people.
  • You are mentally flexible and can switch gears quickly.
  • You are a real problem solver who can maintain focus under pressure.
  • You are a team player who is motivated by achieving results together with the team.
