Suerickx Energies can relieve you of all maintenance and monitoring of your installation through an O&M contract. We detect even the smallest error messages through daily monitoring of the installation via our platform. We provide our customers with an annual report summarising the installation's yield and the interventions carried out.  

Of course, annual preventive maintenance, during which we carry out a visual inspection of the entire installation, is a matter of course. Issues that our monitoring systems would not detect are thus immediately remedied. If malfunctions do occur in the installation, we proactively contact our customer and, if necessary, schedule an intervention. 

A yield guarantee ensures that you, as a customer, can rest assured about the return on your project. The terms of an O&M contract, with or without a yield guarantee, are flexible and can be agreed in consultation.
